EXPERIMENTAL TEST

Jiuguang conducted a series of mechanical and electrical tests to study how our design would perform in harsh conditions and meet our customers' specifications.We use advanced photometric principles to measure, analyze and fine-tune brightness.

WATER-PROOF TESTER
Used for testing the level of waterproof and dustproof of lamp.
GDJS TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY CHAMBER OVEN
Products applicable to light under different conditions of temperature and humidity,the moisture proof ability,also will check the light whether it can work in -40-85°,so the light can work in most of thr bad weather.
AUTOMOTIVE AND SINGAL GONIOPHOTOMETER
Professional darkroom will test the light type and the quantity of the light to check the light whether it meets the requirements,ensuring the best light efficiency.
SALT SPRAYING TESTER
Puting the light body in the 5 percent salinity water for 7 days,test the resistance to corrosion of the light,keep the light do not fade after long time work.
EMC TESTER
EMC testing is a series of tests to ensure the product’s electromagnetic compatibility. Improve product performance and reduce the risk of costly non-compliance
DROP TEST MACHINE
Test lamps and lanterns in the condition of the 2meter high altitude dropped more than 5000times, ensure lamps and lanterns is good impact resistance.
AGING TEST LAB
Heck the brightness decay and the usage condition by continuous high-strength aging test,make sure the working life more than 30000 hours.
VIBRATION TESTER
Test the usage condition of the light after more than 30000vibration,meet the requirements of the bad road condition.
UV AGING TEST
UV aging test provides accelerated weathering testing,are used to simulate sunlight, moisture and temperature to measure the damaging effects to materials , to determine product critical properties.
